Create an Interview
- Set up an interview room for the position you will be recruiting. Enter the name, position and deadline of the interview.
- Add questions for the candidate to answer on the form (optional). For example: Do you have a travel restriction? | Yes / No.
- You can enter the questions that candidates will answer in their interviews and their duration, or choose the questions from the questions you have asked before or from FAQ.
- Review and confirm the details of the interview.
Filtering Down the Candidates
- You can filter the candidates who have completed their interviews according to their answers in the Information Form and rank them in various ways using the table on the right.
- From the reports of candidates who have completed their interviews, you can watch the candidate’s interview videos and emotion analysis, and read his/her interview text. For more information, you can look into the candidate-job fitness score, insights, personal characteristics and CV.
